Growing up in Bristol VA-TN in the 1960's and '70's meant a lot of trips to the Bristol Library. And one of the best books in the children's section was World Publishing's The Bulge. This was one of the three books that made up their Great Battles of History series. The other two volumes were Gettysburg and Trenton. In all three books, the battle was told with the use of toy soldiers and tanks. As a six year old, there was nothing better than reading this book and then whipping up a battle with my Marx Germans and Americans as they fought for dominion of the Little People house, Airport and Parking garage. Man were those some great battles.
Managed to find this book on E-Bay and snagged it right up. Even 40+ years later, it's still a prized book in my library.
